Spacious and well-equipped kitchen enhanced our experience.
The air-conditioning in our one-bedroom apartment took forever to cool down, leaving us uncomfortable . The bathroom window was broken, allowing cold air to come in. We were also disappointed to find the mattress uncomfortable and the towels were frayed and unclean, which overshadowed what was supposed to be a lovely romantic getaway.

My must haves' are a stylish, well-equipped room with large balcony, the couch, as for instance. The decoration is modern...
Views are quite bad.

There were new-fashioned & fashionable rooms with the bedroom, a nice big balcony, for instance. The onsite bar was large and the staff were nice and pleasant. I did not want to leave there and would happily return.

The location is set on a steep hill offering quiet surroundings and fine sunset views from spacious balconies. The apartments are well-equipped for self-catering.
The pool area could use better maintenance as it felt somewhat neglected .

The big veranda with the stunning views of Coral Bay
Lack of a reception in the area... Lack of mini markets in walking distance...

Very nice appartments and a beautiful pool, Quite location.
No reception or staff at the building. We had to go to another hotel to pay the bill and we should have gone there to pick up the key but we didn't know about it.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for 7 nights. Spacious layout with excellent kitchen appliances. The terrace offered fantastic sunset views. It was a quiet place, awesome for relaxation. A place that was just like home for our family 🌅

The accommodation was first class & tremendous value for money. The pool was unusual as it was large enough to swim in...not simply splash around in.We stayed in a 2 bed townhouse that had absolutely everything needed for a self catering vacation with all the appliances / crockery etc in new condition.Staff were very personable & attentive. The centre of Peyia village, is a short 10mins walk where there is well stocked supermarkets / bars / restaraunts etc.If you need to venture further afield you will definitely need to hire a car.We did, & done this through the resort to take advantage of reduced rates. You are also at liberty to use the facilities at the main resort in Coral Bay. All in all, a very relaxed vacation.
The check in procedure needs to have more clarification on the website / literature as registration is not done at Coral View but at the main resort in Coral Bay. There is no reception at the resort.

Price. Views from veranda. Location good. Paphos about 20 minutes drive. Not too busy, our 2-bed Town House very new and well equipped. Infinity swimming pool was lovely. Only 10 minutes walk into village strip with bars, restaurants, bakery and Supermarkets. Feeding wild kittens. Taxi into Coral Bay reasonable price (10 Euros). Best meal was the meze at Peyia Tavern 15 Euros. Recommend village wine. Instructions from airport to picking up keys good. English a little unusual but follow it and you will not get lost. Took about 45 minutes (note NO reception on site - you have to go to another resort first. Email to get these directions)
Big problem is that the resort guide does not mention that there is no reception and you have to go to another resort first 5 minute drive to pick up keys and book in. We were due to arrive by hire car at 11pm. Only realised this when reading comments or else we would have turned up at property expecting a reception there. Email resort and ask for directions. This actually happened to another family while we were there who were pretty upset. Also nothing about maid service (there is none for less than 10 days) cleaning/rubbish collection services. Bedroom curtains far too thin so woken up at first at dawn by sunlight. Occasionally the secondary water supply was cut off. Need a car if you have mobility problems. If you are not a pool person then may be a bit boring after a week?
